Boys Varsity Bowling · Seniors Adam Scruci and Brandon Sullivan qualify for States next Friday

Seniors Ryan Robinson, Adam Scruci, Brandon Sullivan and Freshman Ethan Alleman started the day with 71 other boys from Western Pennsylvania vying to get to the State Bowling Qualifier. (only the top 12 get through). Adam Scruci qualified 1st with 1156 pins and bowled the high game of the qualifier a 279. Brandon Sullivan bowled a 262 game to finish with 1044 pins and a 7th place spot to continue on to the State Bowling Qualifier. Ryan Robinson bowled a 248 game, finished 21st, (973) and Ethan Alleman bowled a 244 game, finished 45th (906).

Adam and Brandon then entered a bracket to see who the overall best bowler in Western PA high school bowling was. Adam went up against CJ Turek of Norwin and was defeated 245-199, finishing 2nd overall. Congratulations to all of these boys as this is a tremendous honor to even get to Regionals with the difficult sport patterns they are given to bowl on.
